1. The Service

Finest Mockups is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that allows users to create professional product mockups in the browser.You are purchasing "Credits" which grant you access to use our computing power and software infrastructure to render and download these images.

2. AI-Generated Content

The base scenes and mockups provided in our library are generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Since these images are AI-generated, they are generally not subject to traditional copyright laws in many jurisdictions.

3. Rights of Use (License)

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the images you download from Finest Mockups.

• You CAN: Use the images for personal and commercial projects, social media, online shops (e.g., Etsy), and client work without attribution.
• You CANNOT: Resell the raw mockup files or build a competing mockup generator service using our assets.

In short: You have full freedom to use the results for your business.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Credits, purchases are generally non-refundable once Credits have been used. However, we want you to be happy. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us.
